I'm excited for you! Welcome to another awesome challenge: the Sprint Triathlon. It's SO much fun to take on 3 lifestyle activities at once.
So what have you signed up for? This is a BEGINNER program – you’re off the couch and deciding you’d like to be active every day… so why not prepare to complete the shortest of all the Triathlon distances?
The distances are not so daunting, but to do it well – taking you from the couch to putting all 3 together in a Sprint Tri event in 16 weeks – requires time and effort. Personally I love the variety and it’s actually the variety that keeps us motivated and healthy, using every muscle in the body and challenging us with new skills. The health benefits for your mind, body and spirit are endless. Let’s get started!

TAKE LONGER than the 16 weeks if you like – there’s no rush. This Beginner program is 16 weeks long and suggests a workout for you 6 times a week. If you are not used to being active most days, then stretch the program out by simply following the workouts in order at our own pace. For example, maybe you’d like to work out “every other day” – then that means this program will be 32 weeks long.
